This new year, lets throw some light to the old times by sharing the story which is close to our hearts. In the crucial hours of Covid-19, our founders at Silaat Store believed in the venture of our young entrepreneurs. The Idea of opening up a makeup line specifically targeting to be among the only few local Pakistani brands to come up with cream based tint. With producing a unique product, there are many unique challenges. Water based tints were popular at that time. Foreseeing the demand of cream based tints and the lack of Pakistani manufacturers in that category, our founders saw an opportunity to provide their service. The Makeup studio/lab was set in a small store room at our old warehouse. Starting with small quantities that our chemist used for experimenting. It took a lot of trail and error, market research, and the help from our friends who are Certified cosmetic manufacturers in El Salvador.
